These Terms govern your use of growthrxlabs.com(the "Site"), operated by GrowthRx Labs ("GrowthRx," "we," "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

What we are — and aren't

GrowthRx Labs is a marketing agency serving peptide-prescribing clinics. We are not a medical provider, a pharmacy, or a healthcare clearinghouse. We do not provide medical advice. Nothing on this Site is medical or clinical guidance. Patients should consult their own licensed providers.

Agency services are governed separately

Information on this Site about our services, pricing, and methodology is for general informational purposes. Actual engagements with GrowthRx Labs are governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Scope of Work signed by both parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to enter into a binding services agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of Site content without permission
• Submit content through the contact form that is harassing, defamatory, or otherwise illegal
• Interfere with the Site's operation

Intellectual property

All Site content — copy, design, code, imagery, methodology names — is owned by GrowthRx Labs unless explicitly attributed otherwise. The GrowthRx name, the "GRx" mark, and "Peptide OS" are trademarks of GrowthRx Labs.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services (Formspree for forms, Google Analytics for measurement, Vercel for hosting). We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Statistics, case studies, and methodology descriptions reflect our experience and are not guarantees of future results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthRx Labs and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site will not exceed $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrowthRx Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
