GrowthRx Labs ("GrowthRx," "we," "our") operates this marketing website at growthrxlabs.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What this site IS — and isn't

This is a B2B marketing site. Our customers are clinic owners and operators evaluating our agency services. We do not collect, store, or process patient health information (PHI) on this site. Patient data lives inside the separate Peptide OS application at app.growthrxlabs.com, which has its own privacy and security controls described under separate agreements with clinic customers.

Information we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect the fields you provide: name, clinic name, email, phone (optional), and your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our team email.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. GA4 sets cookies and collects standard web analytics data (pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device type, pseudonymous client ID). IP addresses are anonymized via the anonymize_ip setting. We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for performance monitoring.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) maintains standard server access logs.

What we do NOT collect

• No patient health information (PHI). This site is not subject to HIPAA.
• No payment information. We do not process payments on this site.
• No third-party advertising trackers beyond GA4.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls
• To send transactional or service-related communications you've requested
• To analyze traffic patterns and improve the site (aggregate, pseudonymous)
• To comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf: Formspree (form submissions), Google (GA4 analytics), Vercel (hosting, analytics, speed insights). Each has its own privacy policy.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser. Most of the site works fine without them. We honor "Do Not Track" signals by treating them as a request to disable analytics for your session.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., California under CCPA, EU under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. Email support@growthrxlabs.comwith any request and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are retained in our email for as long as the inquiry remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. Analytics data is retained per Google's and Vercel's default settings.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with HSTS. We follow industry-standard practices for securing the limited information we hold. No system is 100% secure; we recommend you avoid sending sensitive information through unencrypted channels.

Children

This site is intended for clinic professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
