    Approved campaigns published. Conversion events confirmed firing. CRM intake automations active. Weekly reporting cadence begins.

  6. Day 30

    First booked consults

    AI booking chatbot qualified leads reach the calendar. Reorder sequences running for existing patients. First performance review call scheduled.

  7. Day 60

    Winners identified

    Sufficient data to isolate the top-performing ad sets, audiences, and offer structures. Budget shifted to winners. Losers paused. Roadmap for Month 3 presented.
