Compliance
What happens if Meta suspends the clinic ad account?
Ad account suspensions are a normal operational risk in this space. The contingency plan is built in from Day 1: a backup account structure is staged, creative is pre-reviewed for policy adherence, and appeals are filed within 24 hours of any suspension. Clinics are not left dark while appeals work through the queue.
Does the clinic need LegitScript certification before working with GrowthRx Labs?
LegitScript certification is required to run paid ads on Meta and Google for healthcare or pharmacy-adjacent services. Clinics that are not yet certified can begin onboarding while the application is in progress. The process typically takes 30 to 45 days. Organic and retargeting work can proceed in the interim.
Is GrowthRx Labs HIPAA compliant?
Peptide OS, the CRM layer, is architected to handle PHI in compliance with HIPAA requirements. BAAs are available for any vendor integration that touches patient data. Ad management does not require PHI; audience targeting is built from aggregated signals, not individual patient records.
Can compounded peptides be advertised on Meta or Google?
Compounded peptides occupy a narrow advertising lane. They can be referenced in compliant copy under certain conditions, but not promoted with specific compound names in most contexts. The strategy used is benefit-forward, protocol-adjacent copy that draws the right patient without triggering pharmacy or drug-classification review. This is a core competency, not a workaround.
Pricing
What is covered in the $3,500 per month retainer?
The retainer covers Meta and Google ad management, Peptide OS CRM access and configuration, the AI booking chatbot, and weekly performance reporting. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to the platform by the clinic. There is no markup on media spend.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-time onboarding fee covers platform provisioning, pixel and CAPI configuration, brand brief, initial creative production, and CRM intake automation build. The amount is scoped to the clinic's existing infrastructure. It is discussed and quoted before the contract is signed.
Can the clinic cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. The engagement operates month-to-month after onboarding. A 30-day notice period applies so that active campaigns can be transitioned cleanly.
Ownership
Who owns the ad account?
The clinic owns the ad account. GrowthRx Labs operates as an administrator, not the account holder. If the engagement ends, the clinic retains full access to all ad history, audiences, and pixel data.
Who owns the CRM data?
The clinic owns all CRM data, including patient records, conversation history, and pipeline data. Peptide OS is configured under the clinic's credentials. Data export is available at any time in standard formats.
Can the clinic take its data when it leaves?
Yes. A full data export is provided at offboarding, including ad account history, CRM contacts, automation logic, and reporting. The goal is to leave the clinic better-equipped than before the engagement started.
Onboarding
How long does it take to get the first ad live?
The standard timeline is 14 days from contract signature to first published campaign. The gating factor is usually the brand brief approval and ad creative sign-off, both of which require the clinic team to review and confirm.
Does the clinic need to switch away from its current CRM?
Not immediately. Peptide OS runs alongside most existing CRMs during a transition window. The goal is to migrate patient records and automations progressively, not to create a disruption on Day 1. Most clinics are fully migrated within 30 days.
