Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page is for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and for visitors covered by similar state laws (e.g., Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia).
We do not sell personal information
GrowthRx Labs does not sell or share your personal information for monetary consideration or cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.
The data we collect and how we use it is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect contact-form submissions (when you provide them) and pseudonymous analytics data via Google Analytics 4. We share this only with the service providers that process it on our behalf — Formspree (forms), Google (GA4), and Vercel (hosting/analytics). Each is a service provider under CCPA, not a buyer.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Controlbrowser signal as a binding opt-out request under CCPA / CPRA. When your browser sends GPC, we suppress analytics tracking for your session, regardless of other cookie settings.
Your CCPA / CPRA rights

- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share — this right is already exercised by default)
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive PI through this site)
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality for exercising these rights
How to exercise your rights
Email support@growthrxlabs.com with the subject line CCPA Requestand tell us which right you're exercising. Include enough information for us to verify your identity (e.g., the email address you used to contact us). We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization and we may verify with you directly before processing.
Categories of personal information we collect
From the contact form and site analytics, in the past 12 months we have collected:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, clinic name) — only when you submit a form
- Internet activity (page views, referrer, device type) — via GA4 pseudonymous IDs
- Geolocation (city-level, derived from IP) — via GA4 with IP anonymization
We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mail/email/text-message contents, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or sexual orientation) through this site.
Sources and recipients
We collect this information directly from you (form submissions) and from your browser (analytics). We share it only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of operating the site.
