Accessibility Statement
GrowthRx Labs is committed to ensuring growthrxlabs.com is accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is a baseline expectation for any business tool, not an optional polish layer.
Conformance target
This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Level AA covers a broad range of common needs.
Compatibility
The site is designed to be compatible with:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- Screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Operating-system zoom up to 200%
- The
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query — scroll-driven animations and video scrub are replaced with static states when reduced motion is requested
Measures we take
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard users to bypass the navigation
- Semantic HTML —
nav, main, footer, and a singleh1per page - Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Alt text on images that convey information
- Color contrast meeting WCAG AA on body text and interactive elements
- Reduced-motion fallbacks for the scroll-scrub hero animation
- Form labels associated with inputs and an honest error state
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We're actively addressing:
- Some scroll-driven motion may feel disorienting even with reduced-motion fallbacks on edge devices. We continue to tune the fallback behavior.
- Third-party embeds (forms, analytics) may have their own accessibility considerations outside our direct control. We choose vendors with strong accessibility track records.
Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, tell us. We treat accessibility reports as bug reports with the same priority as functional bugs.
Email support@growthrxlabs.com with:
- The page URL where you encountered the issue
- A description of the problem
- Your assistive technology (browser, screen reader, etc.) if relevant
We will acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a resolution timeline within 5 business days.
Formal complaints
If you are unable to resolve an accessibility complaint through our team, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Assessment
This site was last self-assessed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA on the date at the top of this page. We re-assess after material changes and at least quarterly.
